Burritob0t is:

a 3D printer that prepares edible burritos within minutes. Burritob0t invites critical questions about the food we regularly consume, particularly in regards to fast food (labor practices, environmental consequences, nutritional value)

It’s been a while I follow the “fab lab”+food meme for a client in Europe. This is obviously a possibility but the interface proposed is rather basic, complicated in terms of user’s perception of tastes, and moreover, not exactly interesting for enhancing chef’s practices to create new sorts of dishes. Once hacked, I’m pretty sure it can lead to weird creolization practices (by changing the ingredients).
